Lauren Motley serves as President of Motleys Auctions, where she oversees all company operations and leads the firm’s strategic direction across real estate and asset sales. Lauren brings a deep, practical understanding of the business, having grown up working in auctions and developing a hands-on foundation in sales from an early age. Under her leadership, Motleys Auctions partners with a diverse client base—including financial institutions, corporations, and private individuals—to deliver efficient, market-driven solutions for the disposition of assets. Lauren is known for her ability to navigate complex transactions and align auction strategies with client objectives, particularly in time-sensitive or distressed situations. She holds the designation of Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) and is currently enrolled in the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute, a three-year executive education program recognized as the industry standard for professional auctioneers.
