The buyer pays a buyer’s premium which is split between Motleys and the participating buyer’s agent.

How is this different from a traditional listing?

With a traditional listing, offers are submitted to agents who then present to the seller as they arrive. With HomeSalePlus, we allow a 3-day period for offers to be submitted. During that time, HomeSalePlus allows buyers to update their offers to be more competitive, which drives the contract price higher and creates a win-win situation for the seller.

How do I know if HomeSalePlus is a good fit for my property?

What if my house is currently listed with another agent?
